1. The client shall keep and maintain the rented equipment during the terms of the rental in good condition.
2. The client shall pay the hirer full compensation of $500 for replacement and/or repair of any equipment that is not returned due to loss or theft, or any equipment that is damaged.
3. If the equipment is not returned during or at the end of the term, then the rental charges shall continue on a full term basis for any additional term or portion thereof until the equipment is returned.
4. If the equipment is not returned on time as stipulated in the date of hire, the hirer will be liable to pay additional fees for each day the item has not been returned.
